Abstract

|
Intraperitoneal hemorrhage caused by spontaneous rupture is rather rare complication of the
hepatocellular carcinoma and reports were limited.
Two cases, 43 and 52 year-old males, of ruptured hepatocellular carcinomas treated at National
Medical Center were reported and incidence, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment
and prognosis were described with review of literature.
